Britain’s Islamic Terrorist Problem

Consider the following items:

On The 7 July 2005 there was a series of coordinated bomb blasts that struck London’s public transport system during the morning rush hour. The terrorists were mostly British born muslims.

A poll conducted for The Times of London last year indicated that 13 percent of British Muslims believe that the four Islamic suicide bombers who murdered 52 people in London last July should be regarded as “martyrs.” Britain has a Muslim population in estimated at 1.6 million. This means that some 208,000 British Muslims support terrorist attacks.

Even more disturbing is this British statistic, 7% of muslims agree that suicide attacks on civilians in the UK can be justified in some circumstances, rising to 16 per cent for a military target.

A recent poll reported in the Scotsman says almost one fourth of British Muslims believe the July 7, 2005, suicide bombings in London were justified by the British government’s support of the U.S.-led “war on terror.”

Nearly half of those polled, or 45 percent, believe the 9/11 attacks on New York were a conspiracy between the United States and Israel. …

A third of those questioned said they would rather live under Sharia [Islamic] law in the UK than British law.

British police announced today the arrest of 21 people in and around London, planning to smuggle liquid explosives, detonators and other explosive devices onto U.S.-bound airplanes disguised as electronic equipment and beverages with the apparent plan to ignite the bombs during the flight.

Exactly who were these 21 people arrested you might ask?

Well if you read the BBC’s lead report, you would have to guess. There is absolutely no mention of the word ‘muslim’ or ‘islam’ in the story.

Surely, the British government would provide some details on who they arrested and rationale for an attack of such a dramatic scale?

Sadly, Britain’s Home Secretary John Reid only described the arrested culprits in this fashion:

“Whilst the police are confident that the main players have been accounted for, neither they nor the government are in any way complacent,” Reid said. “This is an ongoing, complex operation.”

Did the British police state who was responsible for planning this major terror attack?

British Terror Attack

No, the British police also pretended that the parties responsible were amorphous human gels without any political ideology or long histories of killing civilians. The perpatrators are simply described in the following fashion:

“We believe that the terrorists’ aim was to smuggle explosives onto airplanes in hand luggage and to detonate these in flight,” Scotland Yard Deputy Commissioner Paul Stephenson said.

“We have been looking at the meetings, movements, travel, spending and aspirations of a large group of people,” said Peter Clarke, head of Scotland Yard’s anti-terrorist branch.

It appears that political correctness or out right fear is the reason why the media and the British government refuses to name the terrorists.

It is the equivalent of President Franklin D. Roosevelt stating that on 7 December 1941 Pearl Harbor was attacked by ‘main players’.

It is intellectually dishonest and demonstrates a complete failure of leadership to cow tow to PC ideology when mass murder is planned.

The Brits are doomed as a society if they fail to wake up and smell the coffee. They have state within their state which aspires to destroy them.
