List of Countries Condemning Israel’s Response to Terrorism

Anytime there is a flare-up in the middle east, the historically anti-Semitic countries target Israel for defending itself against acts of terrorism and war by its neighbors.

Greece: Israel using ‘excessive, pointless’ force

Greek government spokesman Evangelos Antonaros stated, “Greece calls on the government of Israel to avoid the use of excessive and pointless force which cannot provide a solution to the problem.”

Russia condemns Israeli attacks

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Mikhail Kamynin stated, “The continued destruction of civilian infrastructure in Lebanon and the Palestinian territories and the disproportionate use of force by Israel, which causes suffering to the civilian population, can be neither understood nor justified.”

France condemns Israeli bombing of Lebanon as act of war

Israel’s strikes in Lebanon, including the bombardment of Beirut airport, were “a disproportionate act of war“, French Foreign Minister Philippe Douste-Blazy said on Thursday

Needless to say most Arab countries are also condemning Israel.

Not be outdone is the United Nations.

UN Secretary General Kofi Annan stated, “I condemn without reservations the attack in southern Lebanon, and demand that Israeli troops be released immediately.”

Based on the logic of the countries condemning Israel, the Israeli government does not have the right to respond when its troops are kidnapped and murdered by forces operating out of Lebanon or Gaza Strip border.

Clearly, the biggest hypocrite here is France. When it’s troops were attacked in Ivory Coast; they responded with a huge disproportionate response resulting the deaths of hundreds of civilians.
