Ya got a real nice site going there, Ed. I think it's good to let folks see the human part of a business, rather than staged, impersonal pics with fake smiles and 100 yard stares. And ya have some sweet ass product too.

I only have one question. Why are the babes of WG paired up with grungy, studded, six sandwich eating, milkshake drinking, mosh pit rejects? And please note; I made no use of the word "fat". :peep:

I know.. weird huh? hehe

Maybe because we also own a tattoo studio, which Lisa is the owner & runs as her day job (tattoo artist)... and so what you see as grunge is to us the height of modern fashion. hehe

what not a single picture of any of you holding a 1911?!?

heheh..

I sold so few of the nighthawk mags that we haven't restocked in several months, when compared to other makes. e-mail me.. tell me what you want, and I'll get it for you at cost if you cover the shipping. Remember, I buy wholesale, and get an extra 8% discount due to being in the apg.

As for why I'm not shooting a 1911... they are either safe queens for display at shot, website, ect.. or, they are very dusty work guns, in our shop, for daily fitting chores. Its sad really, as the more exspensive guns make the best for fitting good quality grips.. so to see all these $800 to $1300 1911's sitting on work benches, covered in wood dust would make folks cry. I cry.. sometimes. hehe

I do have a few 1911's set aside for fun... the main one right now is my Kimber Warrior.. as seen here on the fullsize grips for sale currectly on WG. for some reason, my "paste" wont work anymore on the forum when using my laptop. sucks.

A bit.. I could stand to loose more. I was up to 285 at my largest. Ug.. not pretty. Thats what happens when you lock yourself in a little shop, chained to a workbench, eating bad food..

That shirt I bought from you is still one of my favorites, and I get compliments from it all the time.

The "personal" photos are a nice touch. The Mateba pic makes me jealous though. :angryfire:

How was the SHOT show?

SHOT was good... but crazy. It was two stories of shoulder to shoulder hell though. If you walked each aisle, and hit every booth, it would equal 17 miles if memory serves. They held it at the sands expo center this time, so it was a bit confusing finding everything.

We mainly hit the FMG booth, hang out for an hour or so talking to friends we only get to see once a year, hit a few others we work with.. then get out.

Dont get me wrong.. it can be fun. But its not a traditional gun show where you can buy stuff, but more for you to place orders for your business for the next year, debut new stuff, talk to press, ect.. ect..

It's a very nice pistol, and I'm proud to own it. Let me know if your wife ever gets tired of her Mateba.

Thanks.. but I swear its a trick of photography! haha

Sure.. but she'll never let me sell my gun. She wont buy a gun for herself.. but when we hit the range, if she likes it, it becomes "hers".. cute.
