 Rating: - One of my favorite newer Firm VideosI love this tape.It is a really intense workout in 45 minutes.On certain days when I want straight out hardcore weight training in less time I grab this.This ape really has tightened my old flabby arms and made them have muscle tone to them. If you are a fan of the older Firm videos like I am you will find this a great workout too.It also uses the Firm Fanny Lifter.They do super sets with it and your legs will burn for mercy,but my legs have never been in such great shape after using this ...
